Agency Worker Regulations: Information for Hirers
The Agency Worker Regulations (AWR) became effective on October 1st 2011. Compliance with the Agency Workers Regulations is the joint responsibility of the agency (Leys Consultants Limited) and the Hirer (client using the Agency Worker).
Leys Consultants limited is obliged to inform clients as Workers reach the 12 week qualifying week. You canrequest for a reminder which will be completed the job role returned to your local branch at your earliest convenience.
